Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has found Apple Inc.’s subsidiary in the country guilty of fixing prices of iPhone 5 and 6 models, TASS reported on Tuesday, citing deputy head of the regulator.
The antitrust regulator reported Apple Rus made violations in cases of iPhone 5s, 5c, 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus.
FAS did not discover signs of price coordination in the case of iPhone 7.
Parent companies – Apple Holding B.V., Apple Sales Ireland, Apple Operations International, Apple Inc. – were not found guilty.
